A Team - Cup Winners!!!

Congratulations to the A Team who won 1-0 in a closely fought cup final on Wednesday (26th March).

The final was decided by a free kick from Callum Hopper, who was also awarded man of the match for his high level of workrate. It was however a great team performance with everyone playing a huge part in the victory. Well done lads, you should be very proud of yourselves.

This is strictly forbidden and will be dealt with harshly by the league if anyone is found doing it. Youth accolades

The South Gloucestershire Sports Awards sponsored by Airbus were presented last night Dec 6th at the BAWA club by BBC Radio Bristol's Geoff Twentyman. There were 14 different awards handed out during the evening. I am pleased to say that representatives from BSYFC were in the nominations for 2 of the awards. But even better than that, both of these people were winners in their different award sections.

Jason Lee won Young Sports Volunteer of the Year for his work with BSYFC and BSTFC.

Gunnar Moran won Sports Volunteer of the Year for his work with BSYFC and the Community.

We would like to pass on our thanks to both guys who really deserve to be recognised for all the work they do for the clubs. Well done guys and keep up the good work, we do appreciate it.
