Adam Townsend takes over the chairmanship from Adam Sykes, who at the AGM stood down from the role after 2 years.

Adam was appointed at the Annual General Meeting this evening by his fellow committee members and will take over with immediate effect.

Adam has been a player of the club for many years and a member of the committee for the past few seasons. Adam has put a lot of time and effort into the club making sure it runs efficiently.

"I am delighted and honoured to take on the role of chairman and very much looking forward to the challenge,” said Adam.

"I'm looking forward to working with such a dedicated committee and I am very ambitious to take the club forward.

All of us at Bradley Stoke Town FC wishe Adam all the best in his new role.
